Facilities

• Chapel ~ The Chapel and lobby rental includes: 6 large floral arrangements, seating for 140, a Yamaha Clavinova piano, 2 beautiful spiral candelabras, glass top pedestal table for cards and gifts, guest book stand, and beautiful decor. The glass Chapel has stained glass windows and is nestled in the woods of South Tulsa.
• Reception Halls ~ Chapel in the Woods has 3 reception rooms. Both the Chapel and the reception rooms are handicap accessible. The cost for the rental of the reception rooms is separate from the cost of the Reception Service.  The Reception Service must be provided by our approved company, but you may bring your cake from your choice of bakeries.
• Bridal Room ~ A Bridal room with lots of mirrors, and bathroom is provided for privacy and convenience for the bride. The groom does not see her before the wedding begins!
• Groom's Room ~ A Groom's room for the groom and groomsmen and minister is also provided.
• Beautiful Grounds ~ You will be surrounded by beautiful trees and sounds of nature for your very special day of celebration. Outdoor photo's are ideal in these surroundings.
• Gazebo Weddings-  Ask about our Gazebo in the Park for your special day.  With amphitheatre seating and a trickling stream, our Gazebo area can seat 65 guests for your outdoor ceremony.
