Reception~ Our Reception Service can serve up to 130 guests. They provide everything needed to make your reception a special part of your day. They provide all of the set-up, decoration, service and clean-up for the reception and all you bring is your Cake! You may bring your wedding cake from the bakery of your choice. Receptions at Chapel in the Woods usually consist of cake and punch, but you can make arrangements with the Reception Company to have finger foods or hors d’œuvre if you like.

· Photography/Videography ~ Photographs may be taken before, during or after the ceremony. Outdoor pictures can be taken on the patio or in front of the Chapel or in the Park and the Gazebo. Extra time made be needed for pictures and can be scheduled in advance. Chapel in the Woods can recommend photographers and videographers or you may provide your own.

· Florists ~ Bouquets and flowers are such an integral part of weddings, so it's really important to find a florist whose work you love and who understands what you want. We have several we can recommend.

Wedding Cake ~ Your wedding cake will be the main focus of your reception table. It should reflect your individual style. You may bring your cake from any bakery. It is recommended that you have your cake delivered.

Music ~ The marriage ceremony is a sacred service. The wedding music should express faith, aspiration and love in a reverent and dignified manner. Decisions about music for the ceremony should be approved with the minister conducting the service as well as the contracted musicians. Use of musical instruments other that those provided by Chapel in the Woods must be cleared with the Chapel office.
